All Grain Class - Sunday, September 25, 2011

Don't be afraid, it's only beer. You can watch us start a batch from scratch. We start a batch mashing before the class so you can see how to start the mash, test for conversion to sugar, and start a sparge/run-off all in about 30 or 40 minutes. After that it is just like an extract brew. See our Single Step Infusion Mash Instructions for a head start on the process and all of the jargon.

Extract Beer Class for Beginners - October 23, 2011

We'll do a basic extract batch with some specialty grains and hops. We'll have some equipment demos as well. See our Basic Brewing Instructions if you are interested in a quick primer on brewing.
